Preparing: Less than 10 minutes
4 Servings

Put some black ground pepper and more parmesan on top of the dish for more deliciousness!

Ingredients:

  • 350g fettuccine
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions in salty water
  • In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crisp. (Save the oil for later)
  • Drain the bacon on paper towels
  • In a bowl, mix together the eggs and cheese until creamy
  • In the frying pan where you cooked the bacon, put the egg and cheese mixture
  • Drain the pasta well and add it to the egg and cheese mixture, tossing to coat the pasta well
  • Add the bacon and toss again
  • Serve immediately and Enjoy!
