We are huge fans of lemon desserts! – Especially the ones that take only 4 ingredients to make. They’re light, creamy, and wonderfully lemony. Perfect for those who like not-too-sweet treats but are always down for a tart-sweet dessert. It doesn’t have to be about chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry all the time (we are NOT complaining, we also love these guys).
This recipe requires only three everyday ingredients that most people probably have sitting in their refrigerator right now plus some lemon wafer cookies to make it even more delicious. Try this mousse recipe right now and then tell us: did your tastebuds dance with this treat?

Ingredients:
- 2 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large lemons (2 1/2 tablespoons finely grated lemon zest / 160ml (2/3 cup) fresh lemon juice)
- 300ml heavy cream carton (whipped until thick)
- Lemon wafer cookies, to serve
Obs: You can use other types of cookies for the garnish if you want!
Instructions:
- Place condensed milk, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp rind in a large bowl
- Stir until combined
- Use a spatula to fold the cream into the condensed milk mixture until just combined
- Spoon mixture into 8 small serving glasses
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours (or until set)
- Sprinkle with remaining lemon zest
- Serve with lemon wafers and enjoy!
