  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • Then add the ripe bananas, eggs, and baking powder to the blender or food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  • Spoon about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan.
