Nice tip: We know that Jelly goes SUPER WELL with Peanut Butter, so we recommend you to maybe add some jelly as garnish too. Your tastebuds will feel like they’re dancing at a rave.
Preparing: 10 minutes (Not counting the freezing time)
4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Heavy cream
- 4oz (115g) Natural Peanut butter
- 1/3 cup (40g) Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until it forms stiff peaks.
- Fold in the peanut butter nice and gentle until no streaks remain.
- Transfer the mousse to a piping bag. (If the mousse is too runny, refrigerate for 1 hour in the piping bag.)
- Pipe into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with crushed peanuts or chocolate. (Optional)
