If you love cookies as much as we do, you’re probably always looking for new ways to mix them up! Only 4 Ingredients and cruelty-free! If you think “just because they’re vegan doesn’t mean they’re healthy or delicious, right?” well, guess what, you’re wrong! These cookies are freaking amazing and you can get them with only 4 ingredients. It’s all thanks to no egg whites or flour that gives this cookie its ooey-gooey center.
Anytime is a good time for a cookie, but imagine how amazing it would feel to be able to whip up a batch of homemade vegan cookies (no butter or eggs used) in less than 30 minutes?
Well, follow our recipe below and see for yourself!
Preparing: 30m
Servings: 6 cookies
Ingredients:
- 100g light brown sugar
- 150g dairy-free margarine
- 160g self-raising flour
- 80g 70% dark chocolate
Obs: Save a dozen or so pieces of chocolate to push into the cookies!
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F fan-assisted
- line 2 large baking trays with baking paper
- Cream the sugar and margarine together in a mixing bowl. Stir in the self-raising flour until combined.
- Chop the dark chocolate into small chunks
- Stir the chocolate chunks into the cookie dough
- Divide the dough into six pieces
- Roll each piece into a ball
- Place them on the baking trays with a good distance between them.
- Push the remaining chocolate chunks into the top of the balls
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes (until the cookies begin to turn golden brown around the edges.)
- Leave the cookies for 15 minutes or so to harden slightly
- Transfer to a cooling rack
- Enjoy your vegan cookies!
