The Recipe

Servings: 6 to 8 small pancakes

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- First, In a blender or food processor, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine flour.
- Then add the ripe bananas, eggs, and baking powder to the blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

- Spoon about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan.
